Unless I know who you are, I will need to hear what you sound like before I decide whether or not your music fits with what we're trying to present.
If you have a website with some samples of your music on it, please include the link so I can check it out.
If you have mp3 samples of your work, you can email them (3 at most) to me.
If you have a CD recording, please mail it or drop it off at the coffeehouse. Their address is 3619 E Indian School, Phoenix, 85018. An attention line re: New Americana Cafe will help.
I am even willing to audition you over the phone or at the coffeehouse, if you would be able to stop by there at some point. My phone number is 602-348-8683.
MONEY MONEY MONEY -- Um, not so much. What we're planning to do is have the cofffeehouse kick in at least $30, which combined with tips we will split between the two acts. I hope that as an audience builds for this we will be able to provide more money for the artists, which is always nice.
